Our ECMO / ECLS preceptor program is designed to assist your facility in becoming a self-sufficient ECLS center. This service includes didactic instruction, wet lab patient scenarios with the CALIFIA ECLS simulator and one-on-one bedside training. The preceptor program allows Innovative ECMO Concepts to train your ECMO specialists in real-time, real-life patient situations, as well as in a scenario-based environment. Our preceptor or mentor is an expert that can assist your center’s ECLS coordinator in staff training models, scheduled competency evaluations and developing your center’s ECMO procedures and policies. Our knowledge is your knowledge, and we help your team from education to initiation.
